Design & Display
The large display is a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X touchscreen with a 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution. A 120Hz@FHD and 60Hz@QHD monitor with HDR10+ are also included. Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protects the screen.
Hardware & Software
The phone has an Octa-core Exynos 990 processor, 12–16GB of RAM, and 128–256–512GB of built-in storage that can be expanded with a microSD card up to 1 TB. Software-wise, the Galaxy S20 Ultra has Android 10 and the newest One UI 2.1.
Camera
There is a primary camera with 108 megapixels, a zoom camera with 48 megapixels, an ultrawide-angle camera with 12 megapixels, and a depth camera on the phone. The Galaxy S20 Ultra’s best feature is its 100x zoom, made by Samsung. Camera performance is excellent because the device can take good pictures in any lighting.
