On April 24, 2024, A new mobile phone company found. The Company name is Alcatel. It was a joint Company between Alcatel-Lucent and TCL Corporation. In the year of 1996, Alcatel began manufacturing mobile phones.

TCL acquired Alcatel-Lucent’s 45 percent stake then Alcatel Mobile Phones company became a completely owned subsidiary of TCL. The trademark was transferred to TCL. In 2010, Alcatel One Touch became the brand name of the company. In February 2016, a new logo was launched and changed to Alcatel.
