Redmi Note 12 is a primary budget phone; it looks great. The Note 12 is also the least similar to other phones in this series. It’s the only model with differences between the Chinese and Indian models. However, these variations are mostly limited to the cameras.
Note 12 has a 6.5-inch Full HD+ LCD display, and the screen supports 1080×2400 resolution. This screen has a 405-pixel density. The punch hole at the top center and the front camera are there. The Note 12 screen-to-body ratio is 20:9 aspect ratio and more than 82 percent. The volume rocker and power button are on the phone’s right side. Redmi Note 12 has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a face unlocks via the front camera.
This phone runs Android 12 with MIUI 13. Xiaomi claims the phone comes with 2 Android OS updates and 4-year security updates. The Octa-core (2GHz, Dual-core Cortex A78 +1.8 GHz Hexa Core) Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Generation 1 ensures seamless performance. Redmi Note 12 uses Adreno 619 GPU to provide better graphics.
