Oppo Reno 11 Series Global Launch Date l Dimensity 1080 SoC: Oppo is getting ready to release its Reno 11 series smartphones worldwide. The brand just recently released information on how to pre-book for the Malaysian market. Now, a source named Ishan Agarwal has leaked the launch dates for India and the rest of the world, along with some vital information about the Reno 11 series.
Ishan says the Oppo Reno 11 series will go on sale in India and worldwide on January 11. However, the Reno 11 might not live up to expectations because it is said to come with a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chip. On the other hand, the Chinese version has the more modern Dimensity 8200 chip, which works much better than the Dimensity 1080 in both CPU and GPU tasks.
This phone will also have a different camera bump and charge faster at 67W. However, Ishan says the Reno 11 Pro could have a Dimensity 8200 or a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip. Either way, it will have a fast 80W charge.
The 32MP zoom camera on both phones will come with Android 14 already installed. Oppo may sell the Reno 11 as the global Reno 11 Pro in China.
