Samsung Galaxy A23 5G Android 14 One UI 6 Update: Samsung is installing One UI 6 on Android 14 on several mid-range phones. The last post reported that the Galaxy M53 5G, Galaxy F54 5G, and A52 5G received Android 14-based One UI 6 OS updates. Smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G will have One UI 6.
The update is live in the UK, France, Italy, Poland, and Portugal. Check your phone settings for the update alert if you’re in one of these areas. Do not worry if you’re not there—other sites should get the patch shortly.
The latest A23 5G software is A236BXXU4DWKA. It has November’s security patch. Settings > Software update > “Download and install.” This allows wireless download and installation.
Remember that this is the Galaxy A23 5G’s last major update. Security updates will continue, but Android 15 won’t be installed. Samsung may release Android 14 for LTE phones with A23 5G.
