Realme GT Neo 6 Will Use Snapdragon 8 Gen 2: During the second part of 2023, Realme introduced its most advanced mobile devices, the Realme GT 5 and the Realme GT 5 Pro, across the Chinese market. It has recently come to light that the business is now manufacturing smartphones for the Chinese market, referred to as the Realme GT Neo 6 and the Realme 12 series.
These electronic devices should be available for purchase by the beginning of 2024. According to a fresh article on Weibo published by sources affiliated with Digital Chat Station, the GT Neo 6 sub-flagship phone would be expensive.
An example of a news source, Digital Chat Station, is seen in the picture above discussing Realme phones that were designed specifically for the Chinese market. The firm will produce a handful of cellphones that will include cameras similar to those seen on the Sony IMX709 and the OmniVision OV64B, as stated by the leaker.
Specifically, he is referring to the Realme 12 Pro and 12 Pro+, which are believed to come equipped with a periscope telephoto camera with a resolution of 64 megapixels and a telephoto camera with a resolution of 32 megapixels but only two times the optical magnification. Both phones will likely be equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 CPU.
Previous statements made by the leaker indicate that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor would be installed in the next Realme GT Neo 6 smartphone. According to DCS, it will be released at the beginning of next year, most likely in the second part of February 2024, after the Chinese New Year. The GT Neo 6 may be the most affordable of the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 smartphones released in China.
